It's Monday! What are you reading?

A weekly meme hosted by Sheila at Book Journey about sharing what you've read the past week and are planning to be reading next :) This is my second week participating.

I only read two books the past week.

If I stay by Gayle Forman and Chi's Sweet Home Vol.2. by Konami Kanata. I did start in Ordinary Beauty by Laura Wiess but I am only on page 79 since it took me a bit to get into the book. I plan to finish it in the upcoming week.

I had some new books coming in the house this week. (really I can hardly keep up!)
Chi's Sweet Home vol.2 by Konami Kanata, which I already read. I won this in the Hello Japan Challenge.
The Time it Snowed in Puerto Rico by Sarah McCoy. A gift from the author herself which I won during the readathon. (the cover is gorgeous!)
Vlinders by Simone van der Vlugt, a Dutch YA book that got through bookcrossing.
Toastie Heaven by Karen Sauders, 100 recipes for toasties.
The Story of Beautiful Girl by Rachel Simon from NetGalley.
Lamb by Bonnie Nadzam also through NetGalley.

I did write two other reviews from books I read earlier:
Moonface by Angela Balcita.
Tiny Sunbirds, Far Away by Christie Watson.

No library loot this week, but I have some books on hold, so hopefully next week. I don't know yet what I will be reading after Ordinary Beauty. It totally depends what I feel like reading next. If I haven't read a book yet that I have on the shelf for a while, it doesn't mean I don't want to read it but I am a mood reader. Therefore it can happen that newer books go before older ones. Are you a mood reader?

Moonface is such a lovely title, don't you think? I'm going to have to click on your link I think, to see what it's about! :)

  5. You will need to read the follow up to If I Stay (if you liked it), called Where I Went. I read it and thought it was pretty good.
